The Rising Star League experience unfolds across four key stages. All three competitive rounds are conducted offline through a structured pen-and-paper format.

The Qualifiers Park is conducted at the participating school, allowing students to compete in a familiar academic environment. The round is conducted offline through pen and paper and gives schools an opportunity to identify students who demonstrate strong English-language skills.
